Side A Band Live at Yaman GenSan 2009

One of my favorite local bands in the Philippines, Side A, will be performing in General Santos City for a concert there. The concert, dubbed, Side A All Hit Live in GenSan is a part of the month-long celebration of Yaman GenSan 2009. What is Yaman Gensan Pat, and why the heck you blogged about it to think you’re hailed from Davao?
Yaman GenSan 2009 is an annual business industry event in General Santos City. It is a month-long celebration and currently being celebrated by the so-called Generals since June 23 and will end on July 22, 2009. The much-awaited Yaman Awards which I believe, now on its 5th year, will take place on July 18, 2009 at KCC Mall Convention Center.
Going back to my first note about the Side A Band concert.
What makes me interested to watch their concert is that I want to hear their vocalist Joey G’s voice in person. His voice, when heard on my mp4 or on the radio is very soulful; what more hearing it steps away, right?
Gahd. I would love to hear them play Forevermore, Got to Believe in Magic, I Dont Want to Miss a Thing, Pangako, You and I, etc.
Anyway, the Side A All Hits Live in GenSan Concert is slated on July 17, 2009. Friday. 8:00 pm at Lagao Gym, General Santos City. Tickets are priced at PHP 1000, PHP 750 and PHP 300. For contact details, you may refer to the poster below.
One of the organizers of this concert is GRAB A CRAB RESTAURANT and COFFEE CLUB 101. I can still remember that this was the place blogging friends and I went to after attending the Mindanao Bloggers Summit 2 at GenSan last October 2008. And the place is really cozy and good.
