Pacquiao vs Hatton Boxing Match Results Prediction

By this point in time, I’m quite sure that Filipinos have their own respective bet on the upcoming Manny Pacquiao vs Ricky Hatton boxing match. I’ve been asked many times by my friends to “deal” with them. This deal is about whose prediction will come to life, as to the result of the Pacquiao and Hatton boxing fight. The much-awaited match will happen on May 2, 2009, and if I’m not mistaken will be held at Las Vegas. Anyway, I don’t want to sound a boxing critic here, but here’s the predictions of some of my friends on the match results.
Manny Pacquiao will WIN
For some, Manny will win simple because he has the advantage with how quick his hands attacks. Quick enough that Bob Arum even said that during watching Manny Pacquiao’s training in the States, it’s almost impossible to catch a glimpse of Manny’s hands while it’s punching his training opponent.
Ricky Hatton will WIN
For others, Hatton will win because he has the advantage in his height and weight. Others and I even think that it’s a mismatch. Ricky Hatton is way bigger than Manny. But since the boxing match is a deal and is already set, I guess we Filipinos would just have to keep our fingers crossed.
I’m quite sure that by now, college students like my classmates are already sealing deals with their classmates as to the Pacquiao and Hatton Boxing results. This act of students is actually becoming a trend, especially with college students because they already have the money to spend.
As a Filipino, I still hope that Manny Pacquiao will be able to WIN the title over Ricky Hatton. But whoever reigns in this year’s most awaited boxing match, I hope that Filipinos would still support our boxing hero as Pacquiao is one of the most-prized athletes we have today.

I think this is going to be an easy fight for Manny. So my money is on him.
Dela Hoya is way bigger and heavier than hatton and Pacman demlished him on the ring. So, Hatton’s advantage in height and heft will have no bearing in the fight.
