Blog Performance Update and Highest Adsense Income!

Ok. As my post suggest, this is a pretty long post because from the title itself, I have 3 topics to discuss and I will also give further details about each. I’ve mentioned in my previous post that I’ll be posting an article about an update of this topics because of the many questions I received from the people close to me. Well, I just wanted to post this so that everybody would know, and I warn those that are not really interested with the life of Bunsoi to leave this page N-O-W.

So, here it goes.

1. Highest Adsense Income

Actually, what I mean is my highest Adsense income for 1 day. Yes, I know I sound a bit ridiculous for doing this, but I’m just too happy that I was already able to reach at least one of my goals for this year that I included in my Back-To-School and What Bunsoi Wants This 2009 post last January, that is “More Adsense Earnings”, haha.

Today, I have reached my 2009 goal of $1 a day in my Adsense earnings, and as you see in the pic above, I have reached the highest earnings in 1 day so far for BunsoiMagazine, $4.58, so that’s approximately PHP200-250, right? I’m hoping that this will continue and eventually would reach the level of other professional bloggers whom I really idolize.

As for my All-Time Income? Uh. We’re not allowed to talk about it and I wouldn’t even disclose that detail here, hehe.

Why bother showing you guys my earnings? Just to prove to my classmates, friends and others who, until now, doesn’t believe that you can really earn money online thru blogging. That’s it.

2. BunsoiMagazine Blog Performance / Update

Well, aside from the good performance of BunsoiMagazine Adsense-wise, another thing that needs an update is its performance traffic-wise. A-L-L bloggers know that TRAFFIC is VERY important. I’d like to stress that. Traffic gives life to your blog. When there’s no traffic, you don’t have readers and you wouldn’t have any dollars piling up in your account.

BunsoiMagazine’s traffic is not really that big. But for me, the traffic changes these past few months is of huge significance. March 2009 was really a good month for BunsoiMagazine since this blog received a total of 6,503 unique hits and 10,344 page views for March 2009.

I know this is very low compared to professional bloggers, but hey, am not yet a professional one, right? hehe. And I think, it’s okay for a PR0 blog that I have back then. Last April 2, BunsoiMagazine has just received its PR1 rating from Master Google.

Blog Bandwidth

UPDATE: As of April 13, 2009, BM’s bandwidth transfer is already 3560/4000MB. First 13 days palang to ng BM for the month of April and yet mare-reach ko na ang limit. Asenso na, whew!

Actually, these past few days, yours truly have been really nervous. As you can see in the image above, and another above, *haha* my blog traffic had a significant increase, thereby also increasing my blog bandwidth. Now what made me nervous with this? For the first 5 days of April 2009 alone, I already consumed approximately 1,400MB out of the 4,000MB monthly bandwidth transfer limit of BunsoiMagazine. Now, for argument’s sake: If we are to assume that this blog’s traffic will be consistent, you and I shouldn’t be shocked if the next day you visit this blog, and a “SUSPENDED PAGE” will appear before us.

Today, while writing this, I am also drafting an email to my host provider NokiaHost. By the time that this blog’s bandwidth reachers 3000MB, then I’ll be sending the email to Mr. Oberio of NokiaHost and I’ll soon be upgrading this blog’s account so that this’ll be able to accommodate the continuous huge traffic growth of BunsoiMagazine, which is actually a sign that this blog is starting to get the attention of not only the netizens out there, but the Google SERPs as well.

Another problem? Upgrading this blog’s account with my host will cost me another couple of bucks. Ok. I hope they are receving online payments from PayPal. Wait, I still have to check their site. I’ll inform you about the development of this blog in the coming days — or not, if traffic will push my host to suspend my account even before informing you dear readers.

Future Plans

I actually have second thoughts in disclosing future plans future plans for BsunoiMagazine in the fear that it might be spoiled by *outside* factors if you know what I mean. Anyways, just to give a sample of one of my plans for 2009.

1. BM will now be open for CONTRIBUTIONS

Yes, you read that just right. In the coming days, I’ll be posting an update as to how you guys can contribute your articles and other specifications for your articles.

All of the things that happened here in Bunsoi Magazine *which I must say is a success* I give credit to all of you guys who supported this blog in every little way. Expect that this blog will continue to grow, grow and grow!
