Top 10 Hit Songs – February 2009 Issue

February is so over, but BunsoiMagazine is still here to give you the latest hit songs for February, and by far, the hit songs of 2009. The songs in this Top 10 Hit Songs – February 2009 Issue includes the current hit songs rocking the airwaves and could be considered as one of the soon to be 2009 hit songs. So, in the newest issue of my Top 10 Hit Songs series, I’ll be giving you the top songs of 2009 so far:
1. Poker Face – Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga has always been consistent. After her worldwide famous hit song Just Dance, and her just released and can now be considered as one of the latest hit songs, Love Games; Poker Face, her third single from her album The Fame, is now climbing the charts of Billboard and has again, conquered the Top 10 Hit Songs Issue. Watch out guys, sooner or later I’ll be posting a post about Lady Gaga herself and how she made it on the music industry with a big bang.
2. Right Round – Akon
Akon, one of my few favorite singers has just released Right Round which is also among the Top 20 from the Billboard Charts. It is also currently the number one hit song based from the Mp3-Codes Song Hits Chart. Though I have to admit that this song has some elements from Akon’s world famous hit song Low and Elevator. Well, that’s not really an issue, right?
3. Single Ladies – Beyonce
Valentine’s has come and gone, and this song is the number one hit song for all the single ladies out there who were isolated from the rest of the world when calendar striked at February 14. Well, I’m not a lady but I’m single, so somehow I was able to related with this song.
4. Love Story – Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift is now back on track with her latest hit Love Story. By the way, I love the music video of this song because of its playful graphics and eye-friendly colors. Going back to the song, “I love you and that’s all i really know” – from this line alone, it makes you feel how much in love she is with her partner. Not literally Taylor, but the character in her assuming it’s not Ms Swift herself. That line, isn’t it romantic?
5. My Life Would Suck Without You – Kelly Clarkson
Well, I just like the song but not really into it. I included this here because it is also one of the most requested hit songs on the radio and has already topped the Billboard Hit Chart. So, I suppose it has elements that I don’t really dig but got the attention of the majority of the music lovers, that’s it.
6. Let It Rock – Kevin Rudolf
This song squeezes the disco party-person in me. I so love the beat, to make it simple. Especially the chorus, it will really force you to stand up from where you are seating and dance to the beat. Let it rock baby!
7. Love Lockdown – Kanye West
Ascending one level is Kanye West with his latest hit song Love Lockdown. This current hit song from West is on the number 8 spot from the Top 10 Hit Songs – December Issue. So ascending one level would mean something, right?
8. If U Seek Amy – Britney Spears
Britney Spears has never failed to produce songs which would get the attnetion of my ears and eventually include it in this monthly top hit songs chart. This latest hit song from Britney after her certified “hit songs of 2008″ Womanizer and Circus, this current hit song from Britney If U Seek Amy is controversial. Why? Pronounce the words again and again LOUDLY and you’ll eventually get raped, haha. Joke. Got it?
9. Just Dance – Lady Gaga
This song actually became the number one hit song for December 208, and was Top 3 Hit Song for the Top 10 Hit Songs – January 2009 Issue. And is actually nominated for the 2009 Grammy for Best Dance Recording Category. Need I say more?
10. I Hate This Part – Pussycat Dolls
Until now, I still cant stop myself from listening to this PCD hit song. Ok, I hate this part when I try to find good reasons why I included this song on the top 10. Err.. Ok, I don’t have other things to say. I’ll end you guys with that one which is a really nice song still.
