Top 10 Hit Songs – January 2009 Issue

Here I am again giving you a list of the current hit songs. A list of songs that I consider a HIT last January 2009. Let’s see if your favorite songs made it to the monthly Top Hit Songs for January 2009 Issue. You might have noticed that I also included the year 2009 in the article why, to think that my previous Top 10 Hit Songs article last October, November and December doesn’t have any dates at all. Well, I only thought about just now. If I won’t put the year, then time would come that there would be SAME titled article for a month but with a completely different list of hit songs. So that explains why I considered putting the year 2009 for last month’s list of top hit songs.

Without much further ado, here are the songs that made it to my Top 10 Hit Songs – January 2009 Issue:

1. Superhuman – Chris Brown

Still the number one song for January 2009. Superhuman also topped the Top 10 Hit Songs – December 2008 Issue. I really love this song because it makes me feel how far your feelings can be once love has striked you and your loved one. Hayy.. I just hope the person who makes me Superhuman would also be a superhuman when the person sees me, haha. Ok, am corny.

2. I Hate This Part – Pussycat Dolls

I think this is so far Pussycat Dolls best song after When I Grow Up. I think this song is about how you hate the part when you love a person but you doubt whether the person you love also loves you in return. Ok. My comment is a bit emo, but I really do love the song.

3. Just Dance – Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga’s hit song Just Dance is also one of the top hit songs on my Top 10 Hit Songs – December 2008 issue last month.

4. T-Shirt – Shontelle

I first heard this song when ASAP beauties performed this on their segment on the variety show and I instantly fell in love with the songs. You have to love it too.

5. Booty Music – Deepside

My friends told me that this song isn’t really new and isnt really a hit in the Philippines. But what the hell, I love it and so posted it here, haha. If you’re the kind of person who’s into disco-ish song, well this one’s for you.

6.  My Life Would Suck Without You – Kelly Clarkson

This song is the latest hit song from one of my favorite singers and is a product of American Idol, Kelly Clarkson. Well, I wont be reviewing this song, instead I just wanted to express to the world that I am happy that Kelly Clarkson is back on track and is currently recording and writing new songs!

7.  This Is My Now – Jordin Sparks

After her hit song which also got a place on my Top 10 Hit songs list, that is One Step at a Time, Jordin Sparks has again released just another hit single that made it to my top hit songs list and is currently rocking radios hit songs list too.

8. Love Lockdown – Kanye West

I’m not a big fan on Kanye West, but this song of his is disco-ish too. Obviously, I loved it because I’m a party and disco person, haha. The introduction of the song is pretty boring, but I love how the song’s tune changed for the chorus which is really upbeat! Yeah!

9. Circus – Britney Spears

This song may not be as popular and as succesfsul as Womanizer, Britney Spears was still able a couple of hundred thousands more of her album copies when she released just another song Circus which also got a considerable attention among music fans and radio hit charts.

10. Poker Face – Lady Gaga

This is another hit song from the one who is responsible for another hit song Just Dance, Lady Gaga. She’s really starting to claim her place in the music industry.
